So I didnt get my parts from Bill as quick as I thought I would (my fault, it helps to order
) as I posted in that other thread forever ago. I had to be out of my free storage space by 05/01 so the car was taken to the paint shop on 04/29.Its been more then a month now and still no Cougar. I do stop by every now and then and it is making progress, just painfully slow progress. Every time the estimated completion time is a little further ahead. Im anxious to get it back and even more anxious to get it off of my damn credit cards. |

Re: I still have no Cougar
What is going to be even worse is that I will get it home, and I might not even get to license it before I have to leave for work. Ill find out about that hopefully in the morning. It will get to sit in the garage for another month before I will even get to see it again. At least the paint will have time to cure in a protected environment.
Id take it but I dont trust it with a road trip with me only putting .25 miles on in my entire time of ownership. The Volvo will be more liveable with three adults and a bunch of ****. Id hate to be the rear passenger in the Cougar, especially since the smallest of us that are leaving is 5'11". |
