OMG Minivan awesomeness

So... i'm driving my friend to his house cuz he locked his keys in his car. I'm not paying attention really to my surroundings, so while at a stop light, the left turn goes green and i almost go, immediately realizing my lights still red. I now feel really dumb, the light finally turns green. I go.. normally, and all of a sudden this white caravan next to me floors it.. I'm just like uhh... is he... he is! OMG ROFLZ!!! So i turn off right, since the roads right after the light..

I'm coming back the other way to hit up my apartment. The SAME stoplight, a guy in a 300m pulls up. I just look over, oh, god those are hideous. Light turns green, i go normally, this guy punches it, squeeling tires and all. The only thing is.. that side of the intersection sucks! (bumpy and all potholey).. and the exit for the freeway is right there.. so i turn off. Very weird though, no one ever wants to race me, but i get two people at the same light within 15 minutes. Weird.
