yeah, well when its a deer, your life is in danger. I don't think they expect you to hit deer. And even if the other driver argues there was no deer, I still think you'll win the case. Either way, check up on that Knowing whether or not you can get away with it is important and remember "Don't get mad, get even!"

that happend to me on the mass turnpike, a ford taurus was riding my ass so i sped up , at about 80 mph he was still on me, and i looked up and blue lights flashed from his grill so i moved over and he kept going and got up on another car, a few miles down the road i saw he pulled somebody over on the side of the road

Man, this is what I live my life on.

On the *Brake* checks, not in the Cougar, not now, not never. It's not paid off, I like it too much, and its just not like my old '91 SHO. I brake checked someone so bad they sideswiped a guardrail. No more of that, I don't wanna kill someone. (Better them than me tho right?)
