    SHAKING DASH!! help

    hey everyone when im on the highway going about 95-120km my dash shakes like crazy! i got a lot of vibration. i got new axles struts....i rotated my tires front to the rears. my tires are 225-40-18 with hub centric rings. i dont know what it could be.

    all help appreciated thanks

    Have you had the wheels speed balanced?

    yes i have had the wheels balanced.

    No, speed balanced. Certain shops will only balance them at low miles per hour. There is the possibility you've thrown a weight if the area wasn't cleaned properly. You could also have a bent wheel.

    Check your tire pressure as well. Also, does this vibration change when shifting weight to different parts of the car (ie. turning left to change lanes would put weight on the right side of the car)?

    My guess is that your old struts wore worn out, in witch made your tires lumpy, mine did the same thing right at 55mph, i would look at your tires see how they look, they might go back to normal depending on how long you were running on bad struts, if needed i would replace them.
