Thread: how do i tighten motor and tranny mounts?

    i get that loud click at 6750 when my car changes gear at WOT, someoen suggested it could just be the tranny mounts..... what do i tighten? where are they n stuff? thanx fellas

    Your ATX shifts at 6750 on it own? That's interesting, since most of them shift at around 6200. I wonder why it's doing that.

    At that RPM, the "click" could also be the rev limiter, which kicks in right around 6800, or it could even be the fanbelt chirping, which mine has done when I shift it manually at that RPM.
