i have a 99 cougar with 48k on it i noticed when i got it when i just rest my foot on the clutch pedal, and no i dont drive with my foot on the clutch i know thats a big no no, i can feel the clutch pedal vibrate when i just rest my foot on it this is only the second car i have owned the first one was a 5 speed to but it didnt do that is it noraml or is it time for a new clutch i also noticed the car tends to buck back and forth very slightly when driving sometimed also when i shift the car bucks no matter how slow or at what pedal pressure i let the clutch out and i know its not my driving cause i have been driving a stick shift for 6 years any advice would be greatly appreciated

The vibration is normal.
As for the rest of your insanely long run-on sentence, the bucking could be caused by anything - bad spark plugs and wires, coil pack, slipping clutch, etc. etc. etc. The most common problem is the plugs and wires - how old are they?
