Help with elbow hose ID

Hi, just wondering if someone could ID this rubber hose elbow, I have ordered the part 3 times from our local Ford Dealer and 3 times the wrong part was sent, even taking the car to the dealership spare parts center resulted in the wrong part, one of the glories of owning a Cougar in Oz, the elbow/boot is located just under the throttle body and has the yellow tape on it

Did you ever figure this out? The very same elbow is leaking severely in my girlfriend's Cougar. The car also just started with a mis-fire. I'm hoping they're related. Can you get this elbow at the local parts store? It's a bit of an odd piece being a reducing rubber elbow of relatively larger diameter.
