You can still get R-134 off the shelf in the states?!!
You guys REALLY need new management in Your country.

I think there's dye from factory in the system iirc,well,on trucks and buses anyway and it's very easy to see,don't need glasses.

R-134 is a Serious greenhouse gas so don't keep filling your ac if it has a small leak,get it repaired .

i think your thinking of R12, that is a serious greenhouse gas and you can't get that anymore. the R-134A is suppose to be much better, hence why that is what is used now. but yes you still should fix the leak as it shouldn't be vented to the atmosphere. the on;y thing is the R12 works much better then the R-134a
