Horn Continually going off

So I was on my way home from a friends house today and right before I got on my road my horn went off by itself and wouldn't stop. I pulled over and figured out if I hold the steering wheel to the side it stops for awhile. After about 5 white gangsters threats to beat me up. Some kind neighbors, while I held the steering wheel, they were able to find the horn fuse and pull it out. Its fine with no fuse, but now I hear something in my steering wheel. It sounds like a penny rolling around but I know its not. Any idea what might of happened and how much fixing it would cost?
