Re: changed thermostat, still overheating

im glad i kept the original thermostat because apparently autozone gave me the wrong one for this vehicle. Ever since I installed the new thermostat the temperature has been higher than it was before. So today I flushed the system and decided to put the original thermostat back in and I drove 40 miles and it stayed at 200 degrees. The one time it got close to 215-220 the fans kicked on and immediately cooled it down. Everything seems to be working properly. thanks for all the advice
