Dies while coasting

I've had this happen several times, mostly when getting off the freeway and coasting up or down the ramp. It has also happened while coasting to a stop from 45+ mph. Doesn't seem to matter if I hold the clutch in or just drop it in neutral. I tried searching and found something on the IAC sticking, I was wondering if there was any way to diagnose that and how to check / fix it. Or if there was any other problem that could be causeing this ?

I would've said IAC, too. Or a clogged air filter. But I'm not sure how to clean the IAC and whether it's even worth the trouble.
