I need to know what our plans are for CougarFest. Specifically on the caravan portions of it. If i remember right didn't we more or less apoint Bexcat as the leader? What i really need to know is what time do we plan on heading out. I know we'll probably leave on thurdsay but at what time? The reason i'm askinig is i need to request the days off of work and depending on what time we're leaving i may or may not have to request thursday off (wednesday night). And since i'm on the subject are we all going to meet at one point in the state and go from there, or meet in several small groups then meet somewhere near the Ohio/Indiana border? I think the second one is a better option as it won't mean some people will have to go east then back west again. Anyways, i figured i'd better start somethinig regarding Fest seems how it's not too far from now.

Good questions. I do seem to recall that Bexcat volunteered himself Becky then said something about a project at work, and she might not go? So wassup Bexcat? Can we volunteer you?

I think it's probably best for the Cleveland / Akron contingent to meet up there, because the most likely route for them is down and through Columbus... then the Central Ohioans can meet up with them in Columbus before heading west to Dayton and Indy. Toledo area, meet in Dayton? Cinci, come up and meet in Dayton? I don't know which way the southern guys or the NE guys would normally go to Indy from there. Just a suggestion...

Yea, its about that time... I just registered and paid yesterday actaully, so I'm for sure going. I believe we decided to leave thursday and return sunday, but dont hold me to that for sure. However I know I am going thursday til atleast sunday if not monday depending on if anyone else from other chapters is staying an extra day.

The caravan list needs to be updated or setup on Cougarfest.com unless it is and I missed it.... So we can sign up on there then make meeting places etc.

I'll have to start looking at this a little closer now. I'm leaning towards leaving Thurs. late afternoon so I only have to use 1 Vac. day. Since it will only be myself, I'll deffinetly be open to room sharing (crashing). I have friends near Indy and I might try combine the weekend into a visit w/ them.

I'm all for people saving gas with these high prices, so that would mean trying to meet at a central location and not having people go to far out of thier way.

I'd be honored to lead.
