Cougarfest: Cruisen/Zoomen/Mountain Dewen

Well ladies and gentlemen this years CF is now complete. What a great time I had! Sooo much better than last year! The cruise was awesome.. the first one was 7 cars.. and OH was leading the pack with James in his super sweet custom cougar. The next cruise was almost 30 cars... this time consisting of "sober" slade LOL.... Everyone must check out our new tail lights (Slades/Tony/Una). We got compliments on them all weekend. The drive home was way better than the drive there because we started playen some high way games!!! The extreme moutnain dew hand off was the bomb! going 65 and handing Dew back and forth was sweet! Zoom Zoomen was the bomb!

I am happy none of our cars got hit during this weekend... even though we had soo many close calls.

Lastly. .... (mooshy part) I just wanted to say that all you guys are really awesome! You made this year a million times better than last. You all are soo laid back and very helpful and really good friends. See you all soon!

MAD PROPS TO EVERYONE!!!!! What a freaking time this weekend was. I had the toime of my life. Cruisin was DA BOMB, the people were the best, as was the entire event. As for Ohio, we kicked ass. Special thanks to my roomies for always being so damn cool.

Coastie - Thanks ever so much for all the help with the car this weekend, it will not be forgotten.

TOny and Angie - Thank you so very much for teh place to crash and the wonderful company. It was AWESOME.

Slade - Thanks for everything, it was a great time and we all enjoyed ourselves.


TO everyone else from OHIO - Thanks for showing up and making this a wonderful event. It was great to meet The Sarge, Una (QT PIE), MAD CAT, you are hilarious and we loved having everyone there. It made for a great time.

Hey everyone Becky and I just want too thank everyone for making it a real good time. I'll remember the daylight hours more then the evening hours, and those evening hours were unfortunatly documented on film so I and others can relive them! There were so many memorable moments, to many to list here but we will all have plenty of stories to rehash at our future meets.
It was great meeting the newbies, (Una and Matt(Sarge) hope to see you folks at the next meet.

Guys, I've got maybe 80 to 100 pics suitable for third party viewing (sometimes I zoom too much and just end up w/ blurry). It's just too easy to take more when it's digital
I'll resize a couple to reasonable size and post some here. Straight off the camera they range from 250K on up to a little more than a meg each.

If Jason has the server space, I'll see about posting some on the OHNECO site too.

So far I've only managed to get them safely off the digicam, and onto the computer, I haven't even looked at them all yet. Again this year though, I don't have very many pics of the actual attendees, just the cars

Dudes and Dudettes- I'll post more tonight, but once again the trip was great...just a little too short. I just dropped off the film- I'll have it by Wednesday night on here. The video is cool- I uh, may have to delete a small amount due to my filming while a bit intoxicated, but its not too bad...just lots of Neco boobies Heh- it WAS with permission though! (I think). The "dew" exchange couldve been better- the shot was from far away, but next time I'll have a passenger to zoom in on it; kinda hard to do and still drive. Got the "Zoom Zoom" too That was soooooooo fun. Wish I had the cruise on film.

This was cougarfest #3 for me and they just keep getting better. This year I drove with a totally new crew and it was great to be around people that I actually knew before the trip. Just off the top of my head here are some unofficial awards I'd like to hand out:

Best insult to a Ricer James and his gas station rendition of a honda race motor
Best new outfit This one goes to Angie; I'll say no more on this one
Biggest A-hole driver This one wasnt even close- the dude in the Benz on the way home wins going away, however the mini-van merge was bad too.
Best Vehicular Manuver Gotta be the "DEW" exchange- Props to Tony/ Angie and Brian/ John for those highlights
Best Ohio winner- Tie; Brian for Cleanest exterior, and the newbie Matt for the Predator hood purchase

Ok, there will be more, but I know I won the "foot in mouth" award several times over My sincere appologies to those two hotties who came to our room...and left very quickly thanks to yours truely. (sorry Brian) And to everyone else too...I warned you all not to let me drink.

We all know who the "BIG Winner" was this weekend, but if you didnt attend you wont know because it WILL NOT BE POSTED HERE!

Since Lisa and I went a different way home (and the other's forgot about us, it's cool) I didn't get to participate in the caravan home. If the Benz was worse than the Mustang on the way up, then d@nm. I didn't think you could get closer without hitting than the Mustang did to me. Lisa and I had a good time this weekend, lots of memories and 43 pics. I'll have to admit it was lots of fun with everyone packed around my car during the install. It was nice to meet the new members. Again Ohio was one of the top three representing chapters at CF (don't know who had the most), and for a new chapter I think that is quite impressive. I still cant believe Slade didn't hurl in the simulator. On a subject most don't know about the guy that did the install on my car knocked a hose loose and on the way home I got coolant sprayed all over my engine and had to stop to top it off (luckily we had the case of water we got at CF). I now have to repaint all the grey/silver parts in my engine bay since the coolant stained them all. We had a fun time driving through the tunnel listening to my exhaust and driving through the major curves in VA and WV. Sorry Lisa and I kept to ourselves a little while everyone was partying, we were just spending some quality time together during our Anniversary weekend. I'll probably think of more to say later, but that's all for now.
