Official OH NECO FRS channel?

Lets get this straight from the start! What channel will be using? Also what exact time do I need to be in C-bus Fri. morning?

The official channel is 3, and the meeting time is 8-8:30 am on Friday right after the I71 and I270 interchange in Columbus, at a rest area I believe.... I will be leaving at 6am from Mansfield, which is only like 68 miles away but I dont wanna catch traffic. Also now I am considering staying with Tony on Thursday night.

If you do stay with me my location is at the 70/270 interchange which is south eat of columbus. It is approximately 15 minutes from 71 south.
