Before NECO, i used to go there all the time...
-pop up ads that never go away and pop up on EVERY page
-slower than snot load times, even during off hours
-inept web admins
-ads everywhere
-horrible layouts, they got worse every time they "updated" it.
-very user unfriendly board system

I log in once in a great while. But that's usually just to check on my friends that i gained there. It's gotten much worse since i stopped going. It's basically over run by horny 13 year old kids with attitude problems. There's still ads galore. Load times still suck and i can't even remember how many times they've upgraded their hardware. Hell, they even managed to spawn a second site (which is where i think the above link will take you). Which makes no sense to me because at first glance it's basically the exact same thing as the original site.

Definitely sucky but not as bad as MySpace for sure.

Definitely sucky but not as bad as MySpace for sure.

Remember, i'm going by what i remember of the place 3 or 4 years ago. I hardly visit it now. Myspace also has times when it loads just fine as well. Bolt is/was the same. And like i said, the link above goes to their new site they made. Which, hopefully, is managed better then their old one.
