Re: Ohio BS thread!

My buddy Jason at work asked me to make him a side shelf for his tool box. So break out the angle iron and started fabricating.
Jason and two or three other guys are always playing jokes on each other. Me and another guy was talking and i said that i should paint it with the browns colors because Jason liked the bengals. He said i should paint a rainbow on it. I thought about it and then took a look at the colors on our paint shelf. I made a decision and finished up.
Jason didn't have to work last night. And isn't schedualed to work again till saturday night. When i finished up i rolled his tool box out onto the production floor and parked it where everybody will see it.
It'll be interesting to see what he comes up with for retaliation
Here is the end result on what i decided:

^Rofl. Cruelty man. Cruelty.

Did anyone see on the news about the guy that was run over? It happened in Cincy I think yesterday. The car that ran him over, a 99-00 White Cougar. Crazy.

Re: Ohio BS thread!

Where the **** is everybody? I can't be the only one that doesn't have a life? Come on don't let me be lonely!

Bah!

Eh, anyways, i'm just taking a quick break and trolling the forums for a couple minutes. I finally got my ass in gear and started working on the drawings for my license plate bracket idea. I've been working on it for the last 3 hours and let me tell you what it's just as big a pain in my ass as it was the last time! I probably would of had the thing made by now if i hadn't lost all my old drawings when my computer crashed last time.

Re: Ohio BS thread!

Got the wheel spacers and longer wheel studs installed yesterday. Took the car in to get some Toyo Proxy 4 tires installed on my 17" Velxo VX8. They look kick ass. I installed my hood pins today. That was a pain in the ass to get them to line up right. I will be driving the car to PA tomorrow to have my uncle paint it.

Re: Ohio BS thread!

Sweet! Can't wait to see the finished product, Dan.

After seeing your car yesterday, I think I need me some wheel spacers.

Side note - My friend Dave just saw my car a few weeks ago; he's not seen it since the Roush conversion. He just kind of rolled his eyes and groaned, and said he went to high school with Jack Roush's son, who was kind of a hopeless band geek, and not a car guy at all...

Small world. Dave grew up in the Detroit suburbs, and his dad was a Ford designer.

Re: Ohio BS thread!

Hey, I was a band geek in high school. Heck I was the lead of the saxophone section and conductor in marching band. I didn't have all that much interest in cars in high school, but then while I was in college I bought the cougar and oh how my wolrd has changed since then.

Good Morning Lisa! *Hugs*

Yeah, I wasnt so much into cars until I got the Cougar. Sure I helped with the 81 Camaro, but nothing nearly to this extent. Ive learned a ton. Though I dont know what wheel spacers do....

Re: Ohio BS thread!

Has anyone ever had a rotor get warped at a dealership before? I think I may have...something new and very odd happening with my front end.
