I started a new contract this week - now I'm at Motorists Insurance downtown. I've got an awesome view from the 13th floor - I'll post a pic this evening. I can see the lights on Crew Stadium, the scoreboard on the 'Shoe, the Museum of Art is across the street, and both CCAD and Columbus State look like they're a stones throw away. The view is the best part of the office - which I'm sharing with another employee. It's too warm though, the A/C is non-existent.

Weird Web filter though, I can get to NECO and CEG, but the Taurus club is blocked as a car forum. I hope they don't suddenly notice the CDW-27 clubs!

Anyone coming to Rock on the Range at Columbus Crew Stadium May 17th and 18th?

If you are, stop at the media tent behind the stadium and throw me the metal sign! \m/ I'll be there working for CageRattle.com running the live webcast. We will be interviewing every band there, and webcasting live via Synchlive satellite to an estimated 300,000 viewers. It's gonna rock!!

man, I would LOVE to see STP perform. Kid Rock might be a hoot, too; but the rest of those acts really grate on me.

I'm coming into town Thursday. Friday will be setup and testing, the concert is Sat and Sun, and I'm headed home Monday. I'd love to get together with some of you, but I'm not sure at this point how much free time I'll have...I'll be staying at the Days Inn right at the Stadium with the rest of the CageRattle crew, though I doubt we'll be sleeping much.

Andy..I would think Kid Rock would grate on your more than any of those other bands...lol.

LOL... I've made my peace with Kid Rock. He's more into the whole spectacle of redneck trash, and not so interested in being "cool". So I respect him as a showman more than as a musician, if that makes any sense.

I think you had my cell number at one point, so feel free to give me a call if you wanna get out. And if you don't have the number, just shoot me a pM. Maybe I can lure some Ohioans out of their respective homes for a while...

Fat chance I'll get to go though. It's Mary's b-day weekend, no way could I suggest doing something that only I would enjoy. I was supposed to go last year, but everyone bailed on me. At least I've already seen Chevelle this year.

Lara's birthday is on the 14th right before the concert and I'm am catching a lot of flack for going to the concert. Lara is going too, but she is more into pop music. Anybody want to be on standby for Sunday, Lara might not want to go back for a full second day.

Wade - See you there man. I'll PM you my cell, give me a call if you hear about anything behind the scenes going on that I should not miss. I'll do the same if you send me your cell. I would love to hang out with you as well while your in town, but not sure what type of condition I'll be in after two days of rocking out.

Mark - I have atleast 4 different clients in the Motorist building 3 of which are on the 14th and 15th floor. Hope to see you around. Also, I do judo with Motorist's Senior Security Specialist. If NECO gets blocked just let me know. I'll tell Tony that I'll inflict some pain on him if he doesn't unblock NECO. Of course he will then just drop me hard because he has been doing judo for 20 years. We would all get a good laugh, and then he would unblock NECO.
