That seems like a lot for a raffle. Why not do it like the older CougarFest raffles and do 100 tickets for a $250 giftcard? That way you could have multiple raffles and not one huge one. I know you wouldn't net as much money for the event but you may get more interested in participating.

I'm going to buy a few tickets regardless but it was just an idea.
