Junkyard Find in Corvallis OR.

Hey all,

I was in Corvallis a couple weeks ago and had an afternoon to kill, so I did a quick search of the junkyards in the area to see if they had any parts I needed. And found one right in town. I took what I could from at the time (but wish I could have taken more), and thought one of you more local to the area might appreciate what's still there.

It's a 2001 or 02 Grabber Green ATX that has pretty extensive body damage to the front and both sides... but the interior has lots of parts left over like the HVAC controls, Headlight Switch, Gauges and various other pieces (Not the center console with armrest though as that baby went home with me on the plane )

Anyway, it's located at B&R Auto Wrecking, which is a Pick and Pull yard (so make sure to bring all your own tools and wear closed toed shoes).

FYI: They wanted $35 for the HVAC piece.

I just can't ever find an '01 near me. It's all 99-00's.

Me too... that's why I took the center console with me. Just didn't have the tools to get the dash apart to get at the controls.

see now im lucky to even find a cougar in any of the yards near me. I went to the one pick and pay near me and it had 1 99 cougar which was stripped of basically everything. and the good parts that werent taken were all busted by others taking different parts off.

If I were closer, jscullin, I would - but corvallis is about 2 hours from me, and I am probably the closest neco person.

deviousdev - what condition were the seats in? looks like leather? were there back seats also? how long has it been there? has it been rained on?

The seats were not in very fantastic condition. Definitely looked like they've been rained on

They were light grey leather though. Front and rear.

not worth it for me than... I figured they were grey, but could be dyed black - but if already rained on, I wouldn't bother.
