NECO Northwest spring meet

since there are a number of newer NW guys around, thought I'd see where everyone is willing to drive to for a NW meet. Please vote for all options that work for you (not just your 1st pick).

Oh, and for Washington beaches, I would suggest Ocean Shores or Long Beach. Long Beach is my favorite.

I actually started with Long Beach

, but since it's south, didn't know if that really was much different distance than the Oregon beaches.

Yeah, all the good beaches are pretty much in the south. I can't really think of any beaches that don't include rocks instead of sand, around the Sound.

I'm in.. of course depending on dates. I clicked Portland, but to me it does not matter. I would however like to see Oregon.

Can someone give me a random address in Portland? I just want to enter it into mapquest to see approximate time of travel from here.

EDIT: Nvm, Portland Oregon worked just fine. I was surprised to see that the drive is only 5 and a half hours.

with Google maps you don't have to enter a specific address.
