i need the thickness of hte stock pressure plate + clutch

If someone around here has a stock (new or used) clutch and pressure plate lying around and a few minutes can you measure:

the thickness of the actual clutch disc
the distance from the pressure plate mounting surface to the friction surface

    thanks

    From the Ford CD-

Pressed clutch thickness in new condition 7.3 mm

Minimum pressed clutch thickness worn 5.8 mm

No notes on the pressure plate.

I'll check the garage, I think I might still have my old stuff hanging around somewhere.
