Yeah, I know. I've been kicking myself for 3 years now, I moved up here to open a shop in Jackson but that city has NO money so I decided against it. Now I'm in Detroit its a bit more feasable, but I just have to do some market research, see what the area NEEDS... I refuse to be just another "wheel shop" -- but I also don't want to open a whole group of shops, either... So who knows, maybe I'll call my business partner tonight and see what he says...

Considering the lineup of wheels and aftermarket accessories I already have access to, the only thing I'm missing is a shop.

(Oh yeah, and someone to be an installer, because I don't turn wrenches any longer...) But I already have the bookkeeping system in place, a website ready to launch, a dedicated server to host it, and a marketing plan that is a sure-fire win...

Winter is def the time to plan something like this, so I am gonna start thinking now...

Just got off the phone with SA, seems we might be in the need for a northern warehouse shortly, so I'm holding off on any plans until I find out more. I'd really like to do another warehouse, since I learned so much from the first two we setup in TX, and it elimintes having to deal with the kids coming in wanting 20" wheels on their POS... oh yeah, and everyone wants "the hook up". Bleh, I hate people some times. :P
