I was surprised that my drive was only 30 minutes longer today than usual. The last time it snowed, I gave up less than half way to work...it took me over two hours to go 30 miles...and my commute is 70 miles each way

It's supposed to get worse as the day goes on here. Not sure about down there.

We're expecting some more snow, then ice pellets / freezing rain, followed by more snow. Total snow fall 6 - 10 inches.
Our president, lives in Ohio. She called to say that everything is covered with 2 inch thick ice, and she's checked up, and it's headed our way, so, close the office at noon...and be home before it gets here

sweet. once the students get here they are here for the day b/c they start making lunch. once they do that there is no going back

Our schools were closed last night, before the storm even hit. =)

Of course, nothing affected me today, outside of the other idiots on the road. My drive took my normal 15 minutes, and I only slid once -- but I did that on purpose. Heh...

Well, I think the snow is pretty much done... weather says 1-3 more inches but I doubt it according to the radar...
