That is the real ****ter for sellers but for buyers you who are willing to hunt and find the deals there are some great prices around these days. I won't buy unless the price is right for me and I know I am getting a great price.

Definately a buyers market -- don't fall into anything you don't want...for sure! I was contemplating buying another house as well, because the market is so good right now. I just am not sure I could afford 2 mortgages, house insurance on 3 places, plus car insurance on the 5 cars... =( One of these days I'd like to live in my house in TX again, I only lived in it for 2 years before I moved... And my sister refuses to sell our dads house in FL, and she can't afford to buy me out, so I'm stuck with that place as well...

I haven't even thought about shopping yet which is a big mistake since between now and Christmas I only have 1 free weekend.
My sisters and their significant others decided we should just swap names instead of everyone buying for everyone between the 6 of us so now I have to come up with a present in the $40.00 range for my sisters fiancé. Anyone have any ideas for a 32ish year old form military (I believe it was Army) guy who is a Michigan fan and just got his first job outside of the military after grad school as a radiation physicist?
