I'm going to have to weld my Sway bar bracket, it's driving me nuts.

Broken sway bar bracket + Bad Roads = Really annoying noises.

That just means your new job pays a hell of a lot better than your old one. According to my last check, I've paid (um, alot) in federal taxes so far this year, and almost (quite a bit) to Indiana alone.

Not to mention as of today the Canadian dollar is PAR! I went to the bank with a $50 US cheque...they asked "would you like $47 CANADIAN or $50 US!" I was like WTF, so I took the US.

Heh. Keep quiet, you.

Y'know, for all the issues my Cougar had, I can say this: I still had the original alternator in the car at 140k miles. I thought it was on its way out once, but it pulled through.

Re: Motor Cities Chat Thread!

Mine made it till the coldest day of winter last year then took a dump now it appears to be doing it again. though on my drive to work the flickering light would only come on sometimes and the rpm range varied where it happened. I just can't decide how long to try and push it so that I get my free replacement.
