Morning. I'm sleepy. I feel like I need a vacation. Still haven't caught up on the sleep I missed at Fest.

I brought my HP book to work. The first one. Time to start over, and see if I can put some things together, I obviously missed somehow over the years....

i get mostly lower back and neck. one time i went she did lower back only for an hour, said she could do another hour cause it was so messed up

I still do my weekly massage here -- without it I wouldn't be able to sit at a desk all day. My spine is all curvy from the hip problems so they work on it constantly, there are times when it'll pinch and I'm screwed for a week tho -- not a fun thing.

I am looking for a new place to start going though, the chick I go to now is getting more and more popular so its harder to get my appts scheduled when I want them...

That same thing happens to my dad. On Monday, he was at work, walked up to the urinal, unzipped his pants, and something pinched right then

, damn near went to his knees in pain. Luckly it only lasted a couple days.

Ouch! Yeah that sucks! When mine happens I get a shooting pain down my legs and my knees give out, can't imagine how you'd explain that if ya were in front of the urinal when that happened, lol...

I know it was funny as hell listening to him explain it...he remembers thinking how bad it would be to fall and sit there with his head in the urinal, not being able to move
