SCATTERED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. THIS IS AN ALERT TO THE POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS. MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS. IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES TAKE IMMEDIATE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. AT 4:20 P.M. EDT THE RADAR IS INDICATING SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO ARE INTERACTING WITH THE LAKE ERIE LAKE BREEZE. THIS MAY CAUSE THESE THUNDERSTORMS TO BRIEFLY ROTATE AND A FUNNEL CLOUD MAY FORM. IF THE FUNNEL CLOUD DOES TOUCH THE GROUND IT MAY CREATE A BRIEF WEAK TORNADO.

only if it actually pans out. They've been calling for tstorms for over a week already, and so far, we've had none. Barely even any rain!

on the flip side it thundered and lightninged here last night and rained a lot

yess.....I sprinkler my garden..but, it's SOOO dry...I can't water the veggie garden all day. The cost of water has gone up!

It just got done doing a little raining out here at my office so maybe it is on its way now.

Just noticed we are on page 420 (atleast on my system) of this thread, so all I have to say is smoke 'em if you got 'em.
