Eh, it would be nice if I was earning overtime pay, but I dont think im gonna get past 40 hours this week.

then it's not forced overtime

And it is federal labor law that any time over 40 hours a week is volintary, they can not force you to work anything over 40 hours a week.

It's 44 hours in Ontario. You get paid time and a 1/2 after 40, but, they can't make you work more than 44 in a seven day period.

That depends on what type of work you do. Management doesn't get paid overtime.

Ok, well I was kinda stating that I will not see overtime pay because of how we get paid where I work. We get paid twice a month, on the 9th and 24th. So, because today is the last day of Feb I will not see overtime pay. But I will get more than 40 hours this week. Its a weird facist system.
