Safe... it's not part of the airbag, so no worried. Just unhook the battery and then unplug the airbag.

yeah I had to swap over all parts, that is why it was so cheap. It was just the shell. IT added about 2 hours time to the project. 1 hour was me trying to get the damn latch out of the door.

And yes Brett it matches perfectly. I pretty much set the door in place drew up the bolts for the hinges and closed the door. I had to do 2 small adjustments to make it fit perfect.
