we get new plates every 5 yrs i think, but i have a ball state plate on my car, and i dont think those ever change

It finally died on me because I was too cheap to pony up for a new one when the engine was replaced. The car is in the process of beign towed from I75 and 59 to get it back here today so I can try and get it taken care of.
