hey everyone im new to this but i live in northern ky about 4 hours away from indy if that when is this cougarfest?

Ron--check out the CougarFest forum in the EVENTS section...that should tell you some updates on this year's event. I think they're still deciding on a date but it should be sometime in late June or in July. It usually spans Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Some folks show up on Thursday but that's your thing. Only 4 hours away, eh? Lucky bastid!!! We have to drive like 15 hours

My schedule my conflict with your caravan though me thinks...

Since I also am 15 hours away, I leave on the Monday, drive 8 hours, stay somewhere overnight. On Tuesday, I cross the boarder at Detroit and drive west where I meet up with John (Eternalone) and we head south, and into Indy around dinner time where we relax at the bar and order pizza. hehe.

Now, if work/school allows - I totally recommend doing this too, since showing up gives you more time to relax before EVERYONE shows up, and also, what greater motivation is there than to hang out with myself and John

And if I may say - 2 days of Heidi is not nearly enough!

how much Heidi to bring? or how much clothing / money and sstuff? heheh!

3 days... well, bring 4 pairs of clothes - you'll most likely wear one of them twice though. but bring something warm for the night, something for the days when its hot, and stuff you don't care about incase you have to wash the car or do anything that involves gettin' dirty

Depends on if we're carpooling or what. I'm not really looking to drive this time (not racing, I'm not show-worthy) so I can go with someone to share costs of gas money, help drive some of the way if you want, and all that.

Figure your gas money by how many miles it is there and back, miles per gallon you get, how much gas is....
Hotel shouldn't be too bad, especially if I can convince my dad to get us a free night like he did last year. We get a group rate for the rooms but I don't remember how much it is...
Plan on money for go-karting (about 20 bucks per run but WORTH IT), food money for a couple days, money for booze (you can bring your own stuff too but we usually just buy it there), and some extra for whatever...

so i was thinking roughly in my head ya little much but i like to be over prepared lol $200 for gas lol, what $200 maybe for rooms, i got a friend whos father owns a liquer store so i can get cheap booze so probally $50 there lol, and what $200 for spending money i gusse lol

so in my mind i should bring roughly $700-800 if i want to be over prepared lol
