Ah...Home.
Just moved back to the frozen north from Ohio...it's amazing how 5 years can change how you feel about sub-zero temperatures being this common...
...just wanted to stop in to say a hello and introduce myself. ![]() |

Re: Ah...Home.
It was a number of things...family needs, as well as having met a special someone, and missing the landscape. It's funny how this tundra gets under your skin...it's in the blood. I think I realized it at a Wild game during a visit here back in September, during the introduction...the whole "state of hockey" video.
That, and it just felt like home. I was one of the kids in high school swearing I'd get out, but it's the only place I could see myself truly wanting to be right now. (well, aside from rolling around in a pile of money on a yacht in the caribbean...but freezing here is a bit more realistic.) Thanks all...it's good to be back! Oh, and if you see a blue C2 with aluminum taillight covers, a Streetglow decal in the rear window, "Veritas" and "Aequitas" on the rear side windows, and Ohio plates...feel free to wave, just with more than one finger. ![]() |

Re: Ah...Home.
She has good taste! Yep...the french blue grew on me...and looks fantastic against silver or brushed aluminum...
...and the new job has me driving practically right through your backyard...so you may end up seeing it sooner or later. Cheers! ![]() |
