Saw a cougar

So, a few days ago i was driving on Pascal in Saint Paul right next to Hamline University and saw a cougar, it was bronze color and had Z- fenders and black bumpers with a Bra on the front on. Is it some one from here?

It was bronze with a black bumper and a bra
