This is just my theory but, if Craig's List means anything, there are far more Cougars in the Midwest, Ohio, Michigan, than in New England. I'm basing this on how many more listings I see from those areas for used Cougars compared to New England and I'm making the assumption that if there's more for sale from there, they had more to start with.
Ebay seems to show the same trend, not many Cougars for sale from New England.
From experience, I don't see many on the roads near Boston either. My gut tells me that it's because in urban centers like Boston, foreign cars are more popular than American Cars compared to rural areas.
If my theory is right, any idea why there are less Cougars in New England?
