Thats what i figured, if they really had wanted it they would have just broken the window...but since they probably were watching youtube on how to break in, they just screwdrivered it. Chances are they live in the complex since it happened so quickly so i'll be keeping an eye out. As for the alarm, we will just have to see exactly how it goes. I bet just a flashing l.e.d. on the dash would suffice for now.

true story: at a ceg meet there where some SVTs and one member had a zetec. it obviously didn't have the pats led and that was the one broken into ....

yeah, the cougars pats is one of the buttons above the hvac controls, i'd just wire an external led from the same wire and call it a day.

Yeah, I have one that will be going into the Cougar as well... pretty nice one that i got off of EBAY about a year ago... only $15.00.

You have to do something now, or they are going to try it again... show them that you know what's up, and you went and did something about it...

When my wheels were stolen, I went out and bought the Carport and we setup so many motion lights between my house and my in-laws that the whole driveway lights up like a Christmas tree when you even come close to the back of the house!!
