Flat Black?!
So My car has a few dents dings and a huge dent with a hole.... front end has chipped paint from rocks.... Now My boyfriend has his crazy ideas and thinks that my car would look good flat black. Im thinking of painting the whole thing white next summer.
I would like your opinions because I trust them. Go or no go?!

Re: Flat Black?!
wtf... are flat / matte colors the new trend or something? (yes i know they've been around for decades)
Altezza tail lights --> Lambo doors --> carbon fiber WRAPPED parts --> flat/matte paint jobs... ?

Re: Flat Black?!
They're popular with the old lead sled Merc's and tub cars. It's obviously making a comeback (matte colors actually) but only looks good on certain cars.
I don't think our car has the lines to pull off a full matte paintjob. The curves and angles are too subtle and it would come off as looking like it's just in primer. AZBobby's car is a good example of how it would look.

Re: Flat Black?!
Easier to clean, yes. But the bodywork needs to be perfectly straight or you'll notice weird shadows.
