I don't know how long bagged has had the vertical doors and such, but I've had that done nearly 3 years ago now... If memory serves me right, I was possibly the first Cougar owner on NECO (besides Dayton Customs in Ohio) to have vertical doors...

and I did install them myself. Anyone who has seen the brackets knows how much work I had to go through to get them to work. They could still use some extra bracing for the part that goes to the door itself, because they tend to flex (sway back and forth slightly) if left up in the wind.

I almost thought about removing them and trying to reinstall the stock hinges, but after thinking about how much effort it took to do it, and how well they work now, there is a bit of pride in the work I did there, so I can't bring myself to reverse what I did...

Sure you do, it can't match the Panel next to it. That would just look wrong.

Re: Believe it!

He has been on CEG for over a year now and he did that to his car a long before he joined. I know he bought one of his CSVT's brand new in 2000 (I think was 2000).

I always thought it was a cool look when it was done right....so you could actually get IN and OUT of the car. The amount of work needed is always more than what one would think.

It is starting to look like it is going to be a great car when it is done.
