I was in Severn near Arundel Mills on Sunday and I somehow found myself in a line of cougars, a shiny black 01-02 with a razzi kit, tints, and lowered (maybe) in front of me, and a DTG 99-00 behind me. Did I by chance find myself among fellows NECO members? (and no, I don't remember what state the license plates were from
