Cool In honor of the GORGEOUS day...

I offer proof that I do indeed still have the Cougar (and plan to keep her) and some pretty pictures of both cars all nice and cleaned up.

Hope everyone else enjoyed the fantastic day.

Awww, how nice.

I spent a couple hours today under the camper changing the transmission fluid.

Well that doesn't sound like much fun at all.
Did it at least go smoothly?

Yeah, actually it did. When the transmission was being replaced I had them put a drain plug in it, and that made the job a lot less messy. Also, the camper sits high enough that I can work under it without jacking it up.

The biggest problem is not having a level spot to work on it, because it makes it that much harder to check the fluid level.

Edit: Spoke too soon. It's leaking around the drain plug. I think I'll pay someone to deal with it, because fixing it is going to involve dropping the pan again.

Re: In honor of the GORGEOUS day...

Yeah, today was really nice too. I got to go out and play while I was at work and definitely didn't want to go back!

Sorry to jinx you RJ.

Thanks!! I love the Razzi too. I miss not driving the Cougar every day. The G is fun, but the Cougar is my first love.

I've always loved the 99-00 Razzi kit. Both cars look clean as hell!

Re: In honor of the GORGEOUS day...

Thanks. That was after about 5 hours of washing and waxing. They're not looking quite so clean now, unfortunately.
And I'm sorry to see what happened to your car.
