Re: Batman: the Dark Knight
I freakin' loved it. I laughed my arse off several times (edited because of spoilers).
Oh, and the disappearing pencil trick? Freakin' great!

BBox, Mary & I saw it last night, and it was freakin awesome.. I enjoyed recognizing all the places in the movie, since I live in Chicago where the movie was filmed.. Even got a chance to walk on the set and watch them film (right behind the director's chair!) when they were filming the scene with the Lamborghini. But they scooted us off quickly..

Re: Batman: the Dark Knight
I'm going to be in the minority here I'm sure. We saw it today and I wasn't that impressed. Batman's "gravely" voice gets on my nerves and I kept waiting for the next Joker scene. Heath WAS an interesting Joker, he actually kinda scared the crap out of me wondering what he was going to do next. On reflection, this movie should have been called "Clown Show" because the Joker took the movie away from Batman.

![]() But as for the "next two" Dark Night movies... I'm optimistic because Christain Bale as said that if they try to bring Robin into the picture... he's quitting / refusing to be in the movie. Christian Bale Rules Out Robin For Batman 3 (and beyond) | /Film

Re: Batman: the Dark Knight
Saw the movie this afternoon and I loved it. I like the darkness of these new movies. I'm excited to see the Watchman, which was advertised before the movie, and is by the director of 300.

Re: Batman: the Dark Knight
Saw it on premier and it was like said before quite long but very enjoyable. My only thing is that on the youtube previews of the movie the joker was something different and was not heith ledger? What was up with that or am I seeing the next batman previews. Also did anyone stay for the credits? Was there really something at the end of the credits? But Why so Serious was my favorite parts of the movie. Supposedly there is an unedited version lurking around would like to see that. But on a minor note. I went to leave the theater and guess what. NO MORE TRANSMISSION. It litterally locked up on me. I didn't even get out of the parking lot. Thank goodness for starting a second job two weeks ago. Supposed to be fixed by saturday.
