so I am technically supposed to be moved out of my place by teusday, but i scheduled the moveout inspection for saturday. my roommate is stayin here, so im gonna be here anyways, which means i just have to get all my crap out of my room so they can do the moveout inspection. luckily i don't have that much crap, just clothes. but packing is still a bish

yeah, thats pretty much what im doin. i told them i was leavin stuff of mine in the livin room. but i still gotta get **** organized and whatnot and ready to move for when i leave. besides, there will be another guy movin in in a couple weeks, so i dont want my crap all over the place when he gets here

I know what you are going through...on a little larger scale, I'm moving in about a month. Moving out of a 2 bedroom apartment(1 bedroom is being used as my office) in Missouri into a 1 bedroom apartment in Nebraska.

What I have learned....I have a lot more crap then I did when I moved to Missouri 6+ years ago.

When I first left home I took everything I needed and packed up the Probe, tight fit but got in in there. Two years ago I got everything I owned into a 26' U-haul. Now I'll need a 48' Semi Trailer if I move again. The useless stuff just keeps piling up.

That's the way I am....when I moved down here I went from having roommates to living alone, so I had a small bed a hand-me-down couch, one small TV.....now it's a bigger bed, entertainment stands, huge computer desk and file cabinets, 4 TV's etc

Right now I'm trying to weed out the crap that I don't need and either sell it or throw it out.
