Insomnia
i have it bad. for the past week i think i have slept like a total of 15 hours. and i don't get tired. is this something you see a doctor for
 ? it doesn't really bother me, is any one else like this? i get a lot more stuff done btw haha.

tell me about it, i hardly ever sleep, i mostly nap for a few hours and thats it

ya and thats the times when nothing is on tv either, i had my little brother stay the night the other day and he sayed up all night with me and he asked me what time the the sun comes up and i told him by 5:20 the sun will be out, and guess what i was right lol

I have issues staying asleep.. I can fall asleep easily, but in 90 minutes exactly, I'm wide awake. Never fails. Then it takes me several hours to fall back asleep. I just saw my doc about this, and she says that it is a very difficult thing to pinpoint without doing extensive overnight testing. I don't snore much, and I don't have sleep apnea, so she just gave me some Ambien.. She told me I should try to not use it everyday and take a few days off every now and then. Tonight is one of those nights.
I still wake up every now and then while under Ambien, but I can definitely feel that I'm drugged.. I'm running into walls and doors.. It's kinda fun because I'm totally conscious of the fact that I'm in a drugged state, so I try stuff like balancing on one foot and jumping around to see how I react. It's like being a zombie.

yeah they give us ambien when we get home from over here. they work half the time. i have sleep apena, i stop breathin when i sleep and my body twiches
