1. You live in a town called Gulfport.
2. You live behind a giant wall (made of dirt?) with lots of water in it.
3. You trusted the government to tell you what the future will be.

Hell, I live in Arizona, not in a flood zone and I even buy the annual flood insurance. You just don't know what will happen... you sure the heck can't predict a flood.
