I think the HOA changed the parking rules recently.

All you really need to read is the cliff notes on the pages bobby posted. They quoted all the updates together. The rest is just other members talking about it.

Photobucket isn't posting his pics anymore because it has exceeded its bandwidth.. IMO the thread is a fraction of its epic-ness without the pictures.
