Oh I hear ya, it is scary. I was just saying prostitution is when you exchange money for sex. You could post as many ads as you want saying, "OH HAI COME RIDE MY POLE!", and as long as no money is exchanged, it isn't prostitution.

Let me ask you this - what if (hypthetically) you coerced some of these potential hooker-using womanizers to forward you a "safety payment" to "ensure they are not a member of law enforcement, because that would be entrapment". I would think police might commend taking advantage of the dumb and horny, but I'm not sure. Proxies ftW.

What makes you think they send each other money?? Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't cost money to post in the Casual Encounters section of CL. 1 person posts wanting to have sex, and someone responds wanting to have sex. They meet up, have sex, and its done. It's no different than going to a bar and taking some chick home for a 1-nighter. If this "safety payment" happened, yes, it would be prostitution.

I guess it's a "scam":

1. Married man looks for cute girl on CL
2. Married man finds me - a cute girl looking for some side cash doing massages with "no strings attached" (im a dood)
3. Married man sees he can't get my number unless he "proves" he's not a cop by sending in some cash via paypal, because "cops cant do that because it's entrapment" (BS)
4. Married man is coerced with generic photos of brunette women and suave sensual chat to send in the payment, and in exchange, receives the number to his local police department
5. Married man becomes soft

I think it's a work of art. Not that I'll act on it, but it's a humorous idea.
