I think the first one was funny because it's more or less a parody on a recent social condition that has arose in many cities. The second one I stopped watching after he said he was going to mess with them and I can just assume what happened. They were just assholes in that one. Yeah a minority may be hanging around waiting for work but at least they're being proactive. How many other people in general do think just sit on their ass all day and don't even try to get a job? A whole hell of a lot more.....

Businesses compete in a similar game or pricing war. Not always but in most cases the lowest bid for a construction job gets the contract.
