NECO's worst nightmare.

Re: Who has influenced you on Neco?
I hope I'm not one of the "innocent" ones.

Re: Who has influenced you on Neco?
First off my friend Karen in high school because she had a cougar(which got totaled) and I never knew what kind they were or what they were called until I saw hers. Then I had to have one.
Predator. Probably why I have his old spoiler ![]() B3nn3tt & nadthomas because they both have (had) wicked sweet cars. Tygrr for flawlessness of his car. Atomic & nandalora & BBOX for the power. I'm still working on all that though.

Re: Who has influenced you on Neco?
FastCougar - If it weren't for Trevor, I'd never have been in NECO!! I think our community is unique, and a great deal of the credit for that goes to Trevor. Also, I'm now lusting after a 3L (& I only just got as far as SVT lite...)
Morph - Murphy organized early FLNECO; he & Wendy "hosted" the first car meet I ever went to (dinner & games at Dave & Busters in Hollywood, FL in June 2001 - I didn't realize how well my Coug drove until I was late for my very first Couar meet & caught myself doing 100 following a car that passed me on Alligator Alley!); He also organized CougarBash, which was so good it inspired me to go to CougarFest. GMK - always willing to explain what he chose to do & why & how... seeing his "function first, form second" approach encouraged my attitude of trying to do nothing to add weight to the car, doing things to make it drive better. Also, Kenny's the only other Coug owner to run the Dragon with me... we've been running it ever since I talked him into "caravaning" through it on the way to CF 2005 ![]() Loyalty & Sunni - met them at my first CougarBash, and Chris & Michelle have been active FLNECO ever since (even tho' neither has their Coug anymore ). The first time I was ever in a "caravan" was on my way to CF 2002 - I'd got into TN & recognized Michelle's car (with its Texas plate) in a line of Cougs - I added myself to the end of the line and followed them to CF .Rikenbomb - the lines of his Euro Inspired cosmetics are so clean - I'm pretty sure he inspired my first-ever car mod: removing the side moldings. That went so well, I've been planning, saving for, finding help for doing mods ever since. besenvill - Terry's always willing to explain what, why & how on mods... & I devoutly believe in his slogan "why buy it when you can build it for twice the price??!?!" except mine's now getting over "twice". HugNSmile1 - Heather makes every CF more fun!! branchedout - Mike's keeping FLNECO doing things, and he's always willing to listen to/read when I whine about things going wrong with the car . Mike, I'm so glad you're going to CF this year! |
