Who has influenced you on Neco?

Hes ALIVE! You should so go again this year man! I remember meeting Synergy at Cougarbash in orlando in 03, not a lot of people knew who she was, but along side myself she was the only other asian person there lol

Most all of the regulars on here have influenced me to keep coming back. momo, norcalcoug, kustomcougar, wadespencer99, branchedout, jerock03 to name a few. they all seem like nice folks and have had interesting comments in all the forums.

Raj was the guy I found NECO through [stupid fastcougar site had a java applet error that prevented me from seeing that a forum was added to the sidebar, so I was a bit late to the game]... but what was his screen name [he had 2], I wanna say it was boombox... and sadly he sold his car what about a year back. that thing was pretty sweet.

I took alot of inspiration [and parts] from Mtang4Life, which is now jaged's car.

haha, yessiree... I remember that the first modified cougar I ever saw was Craigs. It was shortly after I got mine and I even remember sending a few emails back and forth where I basically asked "how far can you go with this car?" and he replied "keep watching my site for updates, and you'll see" oh how true that has become.

Influences though... are we talking about personal or are we talking about what effect have people had on the way you modify your car?

personal it would have to be pretty much everyone who I've become good friends with over the past six and a half years.

Car mod wise? Very few.
I think if I had been influenced, I wouldn't have ended up with the............'spectacle' of a car I have now Nearly all of my favorite cougars on NECO are ones with lip kits, lowered, and with nice wheels...nothing fancy, just clean.

When I set about mine, I had a specific vision and 'look' in mind, and thats what I did.

In a way, i broke that golden rule of "do it for yourself". And while I do design and like almost everything on the car, it makes me most happy when OTHER people like it.

-2low4potholes (the tail light covers from his car were my first real mod on my old Cougar)
-ND4SPD (always made me strive for a better reflection , and gave me a competetor in the photoshop section)
-Wade (showing how good Cougars can look spoilerless)
