Completely depends on the company ... When I was at my last employer, we where looking for someone to replace me so I could be transitioned up a notch so to speak. On to the point ... if the applicant had the right experience AND a sense of humor, I would have hired them in a heartbeat! Completely depends on the size of the company though as most larger companies have HR departments that weed that sorta stuff out. However, if you did what we needed and you put "Beer Pong Champion" on your resume, It wouldn't have stopped me from calling you in for an interview.

My point ... gotta remember, if you do it like everyone else, your resume doesn't set you apart. Little quirky things like that get noticed, but again, depends on the mindset of the company.

Lol reminds me of an old commercial on TV. Guy is there for the interview and the interviewer says "Looks good, but whats this part about level 55 Paladin?"
Think it was like a commercial for monster or something. |
