I'm falling behind simply because i don't have the room to download much. And my idea to burn all my anime to dvd is starting to backfire. I just want to burn the raw files to the dvd disc. But it won't let me. When i search for it all i find is advice and programs to convert files to dvd format...which i don't want to do because then the files become many times bigger and then you will only be able to fit a couple episodes on a single disc. It's annoying...

What is it you don't like about the subber? I don't think they are too bad. At least i haven't noticed anything.

Are you trying to burn them as data? You should be. You shouldn't have any issues with that..

I just had problems watching the new ones is all..May be just my machine.

Yeah, i would try to burn them and it would tell me it can't. Of course, i'm not using any kind of software to do it. Just basically dragged the file over to the drive. And like i said when i tried to run a search i would find nothing but software to convert files to dvd.

It might be your machine, because the files play just fine on mine.

I think the opening theme song is growing on me, cause i kinda like it...

Success!

I finally found a program that will let me burn dvd's without having to convert any files. I tested it out yesterday and was successful at burning Buso Renkin onto a disc. Now to start getting others burned and saved.

I wonder if 4.7 gigs is the norm for how much data a dvd can hold. It would be nice to find some dvds that can hold more. Oh well.

What program? And if you want to burn more you'll need a Dual Layer DVD burner. 8.5 Gigs

Yeah, don't have the money to do that...oh well. I'm happy with what i can do now.

The program is called cdburnerxp.

DL burners are like $30 at newegg..

Thats how much I got mine for about a year ago. But I understand bein strapped

It takes too damn long to back anime up to DVD's

guess it wouldnt be too bad if i spread it out over time, but i think i will just invest in another internal 500gig to have a second copy of my anime. I do need to eventually make dvd copies tho. Not in dvd format just save anime data to dvd.
